The rooftop bar views were amazing, but the elevators took forever.

Fairly clean hotel, enjoyed to be close to the main restaurant thanks to great and magnificent location. The room was brand-new and spotless and had an exceptionally comfortable bed. Stayed for 4 nights, the stuff was affable and fairly friendly during all this time.

Excellent hotel with a great location. It might appear lively, yet the atmosphere is surprisingly calm. The rooms are cute, immaculately clean, and the staff is outstanding. Special shoutout to Fabio the bellhop and Josh at the upper-level bar. Being on the 25th floor provided an incredible view—got to see the New Year’s Eve ball drop, a delightful surprise. the wait for the elevators was frustrating at times, sometimes up to 20 minutes. The pool area left much to be desired, as it felt neglected and unwelcoming. Limited food options and erratic service in the bars detracted from the experience. Still, I'd stay again. Thank you for a good time.

It had a quiet and unbeatable location adjacent to Times Square, a the bars and restaurants. The room was very well decorated and modern, I appreciated it.

It is a really modern property located in Manhattan district short walk to the Times Square, and the main restaurant. The building is really clean and the rooms are very well decorated and modern. The hotel has a quiet location, in the middle of the city;))

As we remember, there was no free breakfast.

The noise was unreal! Doors slamming echoed down the hall all night, making it impossible to sleep.

Margaritaville Resort Times Square offers a fantastic location close to attractions. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the pool area provides a refreshing retreat with attentive service for cold drinks. While there were some room issues, the overall cleanliness and fun atmosphere made our visit enjoyable.

During our family trip to New York City to explore top attractions like Times Square and Bryant Park, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The central location made it easy for us to navigate the city, and the friendly staff always greeted us warmly. Our kids especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, providing a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The accessible room was impressively spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, almost like sleeping on a cloud. I appreciated the well-stocked amenities, including a hairdryer, steamer, and coffee machine. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided added convenience. the housekeeping missed some basic cleaning, leaving crumbs and not replenishing toilet paper. The room temperature was easy to control, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. Noise levels were minimal, allowing for restful sleep despite being in a busy area. While it was a delightful stay, elevator wait times during peak hours could be improved.

The location was perfect for Madison Square Garden, with stunning midtown views. Room was clean, staff friendly, and prompt with towel requests. However, elevators were slow, pool towels hard to find, and room small for the price. AC was temperamental, shower awkwardly designed. Overall, a mixed experience, but the beach-themed rooms and helpful staff made up for it.

The rooms here are brand new and very clean, and the location is fantastic.
